‎‎‎Car Soko brand ambassador Goliath wa Bungoma was on Sunday involved in a road traffic accident in Ruaka and is recovering in a Nairobi hospital.‎‎

Police say he was struck by a car that was driving on the wrong side of the road, leaving him with injuries that required immediate medical attention.

‎‎In a public notice, Car Soko management confirmed the incident, stating that the ambassador sustained an injury to his right leg but is in stable condition.

‎‎The company indicated that medical teams are monitoring his progress as he continues to receive treatment.‎‎

The dealership expressed confidence in his recovery, noting that his condition had improved since admission.

‎‎“We are pleased to confirm that his condition is stable, and we remain optimistic about his full recovery,” Patrick Riang’a said.‎‎

Management also appealed to the public to respect his privacy during the recovery period and to keep him in their thoughts, adding that updates would be issued when appropriate.‎‎

The accident has renewed concerns over road safety violations, particularly cases involving motorists driving on the wrong side of the road.‎‎
