Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has graduated with a Master of Economics – Policy and Management option degree from Kenyatta University, adding to his growing academic credentials in economic policy.
Nyoro revealed that the graduation comes shortly after he also completed a Master of Arts in Economics at the University of Nairobi, marking the completion of two postgraduate degrees pursued almost concurrently at different institutions.
“It has been an intense period pursuing two Masters Degrees almost concurrently and in different institutions. The decision was motivated by the need to refine decision making especially on matters that affect the Economy,” he said.

The legislator noted that the experience went beyond academic achievement, offering valuable lessons through interactions with lecturers, supervisors, and fellow students.
In recent months, Nyoro has emerged as one of the most vocal voices on economic matters in Kenya, frequently weighing in on public finance, debt, taxation, and economic growth.
His academic focus has closely mirrored his public engagement, positioning him as a key contributor to national economic discourse.
The MP congratulated fellow graduates from Kenyatta University and other institutions that held graduation ceremonies, encouraging continued learning and contribution to Africa’s development.
