President William Samoei Ruto today concludes his three-day development tour of Nakuru County, wrapping up a busy itinerary focused on accelerating key projects in health, housing, infrastructure, trade, and land ownership.

Accompanied by Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika and senior government officials, the President’s final day highlights the administration’s commitment to inclusive development and improving the quality of life for residents across the county.

In Nakuru Town East, President Ruto is set to launch new medical equipment at the Nakuru Level 5 Hospital (PGH), including a state-of-the-art CT scan machine aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery in the region.

He will also preside over the groundbreaking of the Susan Kihika Primary and Junior Secondary School in Kiratina and unveil construction of over 2,000 affordable housing units at Pipeline Estate under the government’s Affordable Housing Programme, a key initiative designed to create jobs and promote dignified living.

Later in Gilgil Sub-County, the President will commission the Kiptangwanyi ESP Modern Market, launch the tarmacking of the Jogoo–Munanda–Tangi Tano Road, and issue title deeds to residents of Oljorai, reinforcing the government’s pledge to secure land rights and unlock investment potential in rural areas.

The tour will conclude in Naivasha Sub-County, where the Head of State is expected to launch the Kongoni–Ndabibi Road tarmacking project in Maela Ward. The new road is projected to enhance connectivity and stimulate local economic growth by improving access to markets and social amenities.

The three-day visit has seen the President interact with communities, inspect ongoing projects, and reaffirm the government’s resolve to deliver on its development agenda at the grassroots.
